Free Rangers
Our Free Ranger oysters are grown and harvested the traditional way on our private oyster bars in Virginia's finest oyster-growing rivers, the Rappahannock, Great Wicomico, and Little Wicomico.
We manage and harvest over 600 acres of wild oyster grounds. Grown on the bottom of the river in naturally occurring bars, the Free Ranger oyster is our biggest and meatiest oyster. Perfect for grilling in the backyard.
Due to the traditional growing methods, the Free Ranger offers a more mineral and grassy profile with a slightly salty finish.
The Free Rangers are sold in 100ct boxes.

Major's Catch
The Major's Catch is our mid-size and most versatile oyster, hand-raised in cages on the Little and Great Wicomico rivers.
The Major's Catch has a medium salinity with mineral undertones and a butter finish making the Major's Catch the ideal roaster.

General's Bounty
All the reward and none of the work, our General's Bounty shucked oysters are our best sellers.
We hand-shuck each oyster and inspect it twice before packing it into a quart, pint, and 1/2-pint jars.
Available by the quart, pint, or 1/2 pint.
Minimum order: 20 jars.

We hand-shuck each oyster and inspect it twice before packing or freezing at our on site processing site.
